  Processed rolls are rewound with minimum amount of tension and are consistent from roll to roll. Fabric is wound on positively driven rubberized rollers by surface contact.

  100 % Fabric inspection with sample push buttons for accurate fault logging, allowing fabric roll analysis and print out. Unit comes with a RS232 connector, so that the fabric fault data can be transferred in to your quality control department computer, at the end of the shift. Data in production per shift with date and time stamp is also provided

• Minimum Maintenance
  Machine is designed for practically maintenance free performance. Routine maintenance is not necessary since all drive systems are run Flat belt, Timing belts and self aligning, self lubricating sealed bearings.
